A long-serving and established brand in optometry and eyewear retail, Better Vision’s new re-branding and store identity was conceived based on creating a new professional yet identifiable image to the mass market demographic. The new design direction relies on better emphasis and efficiency of SKU displays and redirects customer journeys for a better overall in-store shopping experience. A master modular spatial element system was created to allow them to adapt and re-work the store format with ease and speed in addition to improving the overall aesthetics. The implementation had a good success with improvement in turnover and customer feedback.
